Snake diet: trainer assure weight loss, doctors assure health loss

Snake diet! Yeah, it exactly sounds how you read it. This new diet promised to lose weight if you are able to complete it.

This one sounds amazing but you don’t actually need to eat a snake for it.

This diet was the invention of a trainer named Cole Robinson who feel bad for the people who were guided a silly method to lose weight. He clearly stated that “without a proper understanding of metabolism an accurate method can never be achieved”.

This plan was named snake diet because the diet regime would be same like a snake that eats a lot one time and spends rest of the day like sitting duck.

He has a YouTube channel which will guide a person how to lose weight step by step and it also promised to cure various diseases like herpes, inflammation, type 2- diabetes etc.

The diet has been divided into 3 phases which have to be followed strictly.

In phase-1 you have to fast 48 hours while consuming Apple cider vinegar and “snake juice” to clear the toxins in the liver. Phase-2 will be followed with alternate fasting days and in Phase-3 is test your ability to stay hungry for the longer period of time.

Julie Upton, R.D., and co-founder of Appetite for Health doesn’t recommend this diet to anyone and said: “It hasn’t even been tested and there is no proof that it would give a positive result, It’s totally not ok for short-term trial”.

Other experts in dietitian and health experts also didn’t guarantee this diet and don’t recommend to anyone for fat loss factor.

Upton one of the expert dietician spoke in favour of Robinson and told that “There is no way a person can’t lose weight by following this diet as you would be fasting for 24 hours straight that would definitely give a positive result”.

But she didn’t support this for the longer term as it will affect person’s strength and stamina directly and once you leave the diet you would gain weight faster than you lose or maybe more than that”

“Instead of helping to lower down the risk of diseases it can cause serious health issue” as said by Nipton.
